DELIVERY

For all orders, goods are dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of payment.

We ship our products throughout Italy thanks to our partnership with GLS express courier.

All shipments are tracked, and once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a text message and an email so you can track the delivery step by step.

The courier will deliver the products ordered to the delivery address you provided during registration within a maximum of 48 hours, except in cases of force majeure.

The shipping fee for Italy is €6.90 (including VAT), unless otherwise indicated, and is free for orders over €79. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you finalise your order.

A €5 fee (including VAT) is applied to cash on delivery shipments.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For any issues regarding product defects or incorrect orders, please write to info@clashpaint.com indicating the order number and the problem within 4 weeks of receiving the goods.

Returns will not be accepted without authorisation from Clashpaint.com.

The goods will be replaced where possible, or otherwise refunded, only after the defective goods have been returned.

Return shipping costs (and any storage costs) are always borne by the customer, except in the case of errors by Clashpaint.com, and must be agreed in advance by e-mail.
